What are your hours of operation?
We are open Wednesday until Sunday from noon until 8pm. The last tee time is 7pm and the last call for the food stand is 7:30pm. Hours of operation are subject to change without notice. View Weather Policy for further details.

Course Attendant
In this position you will have direct interaction with the Public by providing food & drink service, assisting Guests with questions & information, supporting Birthday Parties & Special Events. This may include operating the Point of Sales (POS System) and conducting inventories. This position requires the ability to take direction and training from Management and Management Designees.

Course Lead
Leads are Staff members who directly support Course Attendants and Managers in their duties. They perform all duties of a Course Attendant. They are the Middlemen with eyes and ears on the Facility for the safety & security and wellbeing of Guests and Staff. Leads conduct safety and security checks of the Arcade, Course, & Parking Lot. Monitor Mini Golf Course & Arcade play for smooth operations. Operate the Point of Sales (POS System), verify age requirements for the sale of beer and wine according to Federal & State Laws, and ensure cleanliness policies are maintained.

Manager
Oversee daily operations of mini golf course & arcade, concessions, and party/event areas during their work schedules. Ensure all equipment is functioning properly and coordinate repairs or maintenance as needed. Monitor cleanliness and safety standards throughout the facility. Train, schedule, and supervise Staff members in their duties. Provide ongoing coaching and performance feedback. Manage inventories, payroll, timekeeping, and Point of Sale (POS) System. Coordinates with Food Manager, Event Planner, and Social Media Promotor for event logistics. Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service and conflict resolution. Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and special requests professionally. Documents in-writing incidents of physical safety (accidents), and food safety. Regularly report to General Manager and/or Assistant General Manager on operations and incidents.

Food Manager
The Food Manager is responsible for ensuring that all food is stored, prepared, cooked, and served in accordance with local, state, and federal regulations. This role maintains proper sanitation practices and oversees routine cleaning schedules, while also training staff in safe food handling, hygiene, and allergen control. The Food Manager monitors temperature logs, labeling, and expiration dating to uphold food safety standards. In addition to these compliance duties, the Food Manager oversees daily food service operations—including kitchens, concessions, prep stations, and food trucks—ensuring that equipment is functioning properly and coordinating repairs or maintenance when needed. Inventory management is a key aspect of the role, as the Food Manager maintains supplies, places orders, and tracks usage. The position also involves developing or following standardized recipes and portion controls to ensure consistency and quality across all food service areas. Coordinates with Manager, Event Planner, and Social Media Promoter for event logistics. Documents in-writing incidents of physical (accidents) and food safety. Regularly report to General Manager and/or Assistant General Manager on operations and incidents.

Cook
Responsible for preparing, cooking, and presenting food items in accordance with established recipes and safety standards. The Cook ensures that all food is handled, stored, and prepared following local, state, and federal regulations, and maintains a clean and organized work area at all times. This role involves monitoring food quality, portion sizes, and presentation to ensure consistency and guest satisfaction. The Cook also assists with inventory management by tracking supplies and reporting shortages. May be required to help with receiving and storing deliveries. Additionally, the Cook follows all sanitation and safety protocols, participates in routine cleaning schedules, and supports the Food Manager and other team members as needed to ensure smooth daily operations and a positive guest experience.

Facility Maintenance
Responsible for ensuring the cleanliness, safety, and proper functioning of all interior and exterior areas within Sea Island Mini Golf & Arcade. Duties include conducting regular inspections, addressing minor plumbing, electrical, and mechanical issues, and coordinating with management for larger repairs or contracted services. Responsible for trash removal, landscaping tasks, and supporting seasonal setup or breakdown activities. Plays a key role in maintaining a safe, clean, welcoming, and well-functioning environment for guests and staff. Coordinates with Manager, Event Planner, and Social Media Promoter for event logistics.

Requirements For All Positions
All positions require extended periods of time standing, walking, bending, potentially lifting up to 25-30lbs, removing trash, and exterior and interior cleaning. The working hours are based on Business Needs, including evenings, weekends, and some federal holidays. Background Checks are conducted.

Do I need to make a reservation, or do you accept walk-ins?
We don’t take reservations currently. Walk-in’s only.

How much does it cost to play mini golf and use the arcade?
Mini Golf pricing4 and over: $15 for one course, $20 for two courses
3 and under: Free
ArcadeArcade play cards are available for purchase and you can add any amount to them (cash, debit, and credit cards accepted).

Do you host birthday parties or private events?

Is your facility wheelchair accessible and family-friendly?
Yes, our facility is wheelchair accessible and very family-friendly. The first 9 holes on both mini golf courses are wheelchair accessible and ADA-compliant.

What should I wear when visiting?
Dress for the weather as Charleston’s climate tends to be warm and humid. Only “The Clubhouse” arcade and retail store is fully indoors and air-conditioned.

Do you offer food and drinks on-site?
Yes, there are food and drinks on-site. We serve hot pretzels, nachos, hot dogs, chips, slushies, ice cream, candy, soda, bottled water, and more.

Can I purchase a gift card?
Yes, gift cards are available in any amount at this link.

We love kids at Sea Island Mini Golf! Kids 3 and under play for free on the mini golf courses with a paying adult.
Children 14 and under must be accompanied by an adult.
Please use discretion to determine which arcade games are appropriate for your child’s age and abilities.

What happens in case of bad weather?
Due to our mini golf being fully outdoors, during rainy and inclement weather any parties who have purchased admission to the course may come inside and enjoy the arcade and return to the course when the rain has ceased and the course has been deemed safe for guests.
If parties arrive during rainy and inclement weather, admission to the golf courses will not be sold and will be advised to enjoy the arcade.
If circumstances require it, a Rainy Day Voucher will be provided at the discretion of the manager. -
No refunds. Rainy Day Vouchers will be provided as needed, at the discretion of the manager. Any special circumstances that may require a full or partial refund are under the discretion of the manager.
